Traditional insurance-based models often limit the time providers can spend with patients and dictate care based on coverage rules, not individual needs. At Milli Women’s Health & Menopause, we believe your well-being deserves more.

By operating outside of insurance, we’re able to offer:

  • More time with your provider — appointments that are never rushed
  • A truly personalized approach — care tailored to your needs, not billing codes
  • Proactive, prevention-focused medicine — including hormone therapy and lifestyle support not typically covered by insurance

This model lets us focus on what truly matters: helping you feel your best with customized, evidence-based care in a setting where you're seen, heard, and supported.

Payment & Reimbursement Info

While we cannot guarantee insurance reimbursement, you may be able to use your HSA or FSA account to cover services. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to explore possible reimbursement based on your plan and deductible.

Service Rates:

  • New Patient Consultations – $349 (60 min)
  • Follow up for both weight and menopause - $175 (30 min)
  • Follow up for weight or menopause – $150 (30 min)
  • Concierge Visits for established patients– $100
    Includes courtesy refills, travel medication needs, or minor acute concerns like cold or flu symptoms.
  • Prior Authorizations – $50
    For labs, imaging, or prescriptions requiring insurance pre-approval.
  • We also offer 6 month package - Hormone Balance & Longevity Plan.
